Fees, Quotes & Help

A Merchant Fee of 3% is automatically added to your cart to cover credit card fees (via Paypal);
A Transaction & Handling Fee of $6.50 per order is added to cover admin;
If you require a formal quote (or any modifications to your order etc.) please select the Request A Quote Button on the (final) payment screen and we will contact you for further details. Please ensure you have included a contact number for prompt response.

Payment Options

We currently offer two payment methods: PayPal/credit card or EFT (bank account transfer), as seen on the 'final' payment screen:

To pay via PayPal/credit card, use the PayPal Button - only VISA or MASTERCARD card types accepted;
To pay via EFT just select the Cash In Advance Button. Your Order Receipt will then be emailed to you, with EFT payment details on it;
Should you pay via EFT, please manually deduct the Merchant Fee. If you require a revised invoice to you, just let us know.

You can always access your order information via the menu option "My Account".
