Sunday 19-Aug, Final Night Party Part 1 - Dinner Cabaret "There's No Business Like Snow Business" starring Dolly Diamond.

One of the new events added to our trip this year, and bound to be a memorable highlight, is our final night Dinner Cabaret show, starring the drag legend, singer and entertainer, Dolly Diamond.
With a focus on simple staging and stunning songs, our drag diva will be jetting in from her summer season in Europe to deliver a special show just for Frosty Fruits: There’s No Business Like Snow Business!
Dolly will take us on a magical journey "somewhere over the rainbow" and promises to leave us way up high…
Speaking of height, performing at the Hotham Alpine Resort also means that this performance will be the highest drag performance ever held in Australia. One for the gay record books!
Already one of the biggest acts in the UK and having worked extensively across Europe, DollyDiamond is fast proving herself to be one of Australia's premier Cabaret and drag performers. She is a rare and unique act that manages to combine comedy with a vocal talent that sets her apart from so many in this business we call show.
Decked out in costumes that would make Dame Edna jealous, Dolly proceeds to tear through a list of re-vamped classics, from "Big Spender" to "I Am What I Am".
Changing the lyric's to songs to get the most out of them, she performs songs such as "I Will Survive (The Beckhams)" all about David and Victoria Beckham, "Love Is In The Air", "Que Sera Sera" and many more.
Combining fine comic skills and vocal talent, Dolly banters with her audience in a show filled with laughs and great songs.
As the alter ego of outstanding stage performer Michael Dalton, Dolly Diamond redefines what it means to be quick-witted, and leave the audience hoping for a song so they get a chance to stop laughing and catch their breath.

Dolly’s simple yet elegent show will be wrapped around a gorgeous 3-course dinner, served at the entertainment capital of Hotham, The General. This event forms part of the package of events presented for this years FFST. Initially this event is only available to registered guests purchasing packages. Single ticket sales will become available later, subject to availability. Purchasing a full event package and registration will secure your seat now!
The show is followed by The Great Gaydar Disco Snowball, a change for everyone to let his or her hair down and shimmy the night away.
"Dripping in a warmth, charm, guts, talent and energy…with a voice like honey over gravel. Its a real treat to experience this skilled and compelling performer…"
